Résumé : Dans cet article, le T.A.T. (Thematic Apperception Test) est envisagé comme un univers diégétique, non pas comme un récit mimétique. L’analyse structurale des récits articulée à la psychanalyse permet de penser le récit comme surdéterminé par la problématique inconsciente du sujet. Nous proposons ainsi une autre possibilité aux analyses de l’École de Paris en écartant le primat des préoccupations diagnostiques. Le recours au structuralisme nous permet de formaliser six opérateurs d’analyse : le schéma canonique du récit avec sa tri-partition en SI-C-R (Situation initiale – Complication - Résolution), la place de la planche, les actants, le narrateur/destinataire, la temporalité, les effets narratifs. La forme et les destinataires d’un récit sont ainsi plus importants que son thème. Le récit n’étant plus lu comme mimèse de l’univers du patient, il devient le témoin de l’univers diégétique du sujet. Notre méthode promeut donc la logique d’analyse et de formalisation du fantasme, du transfert et de la problématique inconsciente du sujet.
Title: TAT put to the test by structural analysis. Part 2: Diegesis, tripartition of narratives, and analysis operators
Abstract: The TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) can be considered not in its mimetic narrative dimension, but rather as a diegetic universe. The structural analysis of the narratives articulated in psychoanalysis makes it possible to think of the narrative as overdetermined by the subject’s unconscious conflicts. We propose an alternative to the analyses of the School of Paris by excluding the primacy of diagnostic concerns. The recourse to structuralism allows us to formalize six analysis operators: the canonical scheme of the narrative, with its tripartition into IS-C-R (Initial Situation, Complication, Resolution); the placing of the TAT picture card within the narrative; actants; narrator/recipient; temporality; and narrative effects. The form and recipients of a story are thus more important than its theme. Since the narrative is no longer read as a mimesis of the patient’s universe, it becomes the witness of the subject’s diegetic universe. Our method therefore promotes the logic of analysis and formalization of the fantasy, of the transference, and of the unconscious conflicts of the subject.

Résumé : Les étiquettes diagnostiques indexant des conduites de retrait social se sont multipliées au tournant du xxie siècle. Cependant, ces diagnostics renvoient à des ensembles symptomatologiques divers et des logiques individuelles et sociales parfois contradictoires. La clinique connaît des sujets insérés qui peuvent se sentir isolés, ou des sujets effectivement isolés, mais qui parfois restent sans plainte quant à cet isolement (syndrome hikikomori, « addictions à internet »). Nous revenons d’abord sur l’écart structural entre solitude et isolement. Puis nous discutons cette proposition de repérages à l’appui d’une méthodologie clinique. À partir d’une série de vignettes de sujets adolescents (trois garçons et une fille) rencontrés dans des dispositifs de soins psychiques, nous montrons certains usages (auto-)thérapeutiques du retrait social et des dispositifs numériques dans ce contexte.
Title: Internet addiction and hikikomori: What are the clinical benchmarks for the expansion of social withdrawal behaviours?
Abstract: Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, diagnostic labels of social withdrawal behaviours have been multiplying. However, these diagnoses refer to a range of different symptomatological sets, as well as individual and social rationales that are sometimes contradictory. In clinical work, we encounter socially integrated subjects who may feel isolated, as well as subjects who are effectively isolated but who sometimes have no complaint about this social withdrawal (hikikomori syndrome, “internet addictions”). We first revisit the structural gap between loneliness and isolation, and then discuss the proposal of detecting these phenomena with the support of a clinical methodology. Based on a series of vignettes of adolescent subjects (three boys and one girl) met in psychological care facilities, we present some (auto-)therapeutic uses of social withdrawal and digital devices in this context.

Résumé : Cet article rend compte des principales étapes et enjeux d’une thérapie à médiation par l’écriture effectuée auprès d’adolescents placés à l’Aide sociale à l’enfance. La méthode utilisée croise une démarche clinique psychodynamique qualitative et la méthode du cas unique, celui de David, adolescent de 15 ans. Les résultats obtenus indiquent que l’écriture, le rapport au médium malléable et la fonction phorique du groupe facilitent les processus de liaison qui permettent un apaisement psychomoteur du sujet et une possible construction de sa subjectivation. Les effets mobilisateurs de l’atelier d’écriture conduisent l’adolescent et les autres à un cheminement intérieur qui influence progressivement les liens intersubjectifs et les dimensions intrapsychiques des sujets.
Title: Mediating functions of the therapist and writing, in writing workshops with adolescents. Clinical illustration
Abstract: This article reports on the main stages and issues of a writing-mediated therapy with adolescents placed in the French Social Services. The methodology used combines a qualitative psychodynamic clinical approach and the method of a single case, that of David, a 15-year-old adolescent. The results obtained indicate that writing, the relationship to the malleable medium, and the group “phoric” function facilitate a psychomotor appeasement of the subject which opens to a possible construction of the subject’s subjectivation. The mobilizing effects of the writing workshop led the adolescent and others to a sort of interior journey which progressively influenced the intersubjective links and intrapsychic dimensions of the subjects.

Résumé : Le travail informel reste très élevé au Cameroun, malgré le déploiement de l’État soutenu par l’Organisation internationale du travail pour le restructurer. Dans cette recherche, nous faisons l’hypothèse que, malgré la suffisance théorique de la théorie du comportement planifié (TCP) pour expliquer l’intention de s’engager dans les programmes de restructuration du travail informel, la prise en compte des normes subjectives descriptives et du désir augmenterait le poids explicatif du modèle. Elle intègre le désir comme médiateur entre l’intention et ses déterminants. Deux études permettent de le tester, l’une avec les travailleurs informels (N= 337), l’autre avec les promoteurs d’unités de production informelle (UPI) (N= 175). Les résultats d’analyses de régressions hiérarchiques et de médiations vont dans le sens des hypothèses formulées. Il en découle un double intérêt, la perspective d’un élargissement de la TCP et les pistes d’une intervention plus efficace dans le secteur informel en vue de restructurer les UPI, ainsi que de garantir aux travailleurs une meilleure qualité de vie, la sécurité au travail et un travail décent.
Title: Explaining the intention to engage in informal work restructuring programs using the Theory of Planned Behavior
Abstract: Informal work remains remarkably common in Cameroon, despite the deployment of the government to restructure it, supported by the International Labour Organization. This research hypothesizes that, despite the theoretical sufficiency of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to explain the intention to engage in informal work restructuring programs, the consideration of subjective descriptive norms, and of desire, would increase the model’s explanatory weight. The research integrates desire as a mediator between intention and its determinants. Two studies test this: one with informal workers (N= 337), and the other with the promotors of informal production units (IPUs) (N= 175). The results of hierarchical regression and mediation analyses are consistent with the hypotheses. Hence a twofold interest: the prospect of broadening the TPB and the avenues for more effective intervention in the informal sector with a view to restructuring the IPUs, as well as guaranteeing workers a better quality of life, safety at work, and decent work.
